Located amidst the bustling city of Jakarta, the concept revolves around simplicity, achieved by stripping away all unnecessary embellishments, resulting in an elegant ambiance. The application of an intimate ‘home-sense’ concept within this complex ensures user comfort, creating a welcoming and secure environment for all activities, given the constant buzz of activity in the area.

Every components incorporated here draws inspiration from typical residential architecture elements in the tropic, such as partitions, landscaping, terraces, seating areas, pools, lattice work, and color schemes. These design principles and rules significantly influence the overall outcome of the complex, allowing it to seamlessly serve as a canvas for the various activities and events it hosts.
