This project aims to create a story around the tale’s boundary of Casa Narrow Villa situs before its reaching the seaside. We start developing the similarity form finding to arrange the new planning by using the design languages which already laid out in the masterplan to shape the main villa and the landscape.
Situated on the seaside facing the majestic Indian Ocean, The Narrow Casa allow visitors to experience life in community and gathering. Our design ethos revolves around optimizing functionality within the confines of its narrow site.
Youth is a productive age that is envisioned to be the vanguard of future development and civilization. When talking about a community, there needs to be a shared spirit in nurturing and preserving an existing endeavor. In this case, Saint Jean Ship-Yard is one of the yacht community centers where this facility provides convenience for yacht enthusiasts throughout France and Europe, especially in the city of Nice.
Tom, 42 years old. He is a Canadian archeologist who lives in the historical land of Yogyakarta moving for his jobs for five years and he obsessed for the secret of Borobudur temple in Magelang city. With his family, he want to build their own place for living and also breeding.
Ainur Rofik, a businessman who has been working in Australia for several years, has decided to return to his hometown to create a new space for his family. We envision a future where this small family finds lasting happiness, raising their children in the comfort of their own home. This vision has led us intimately to embark on a project we call ‘Rumah Ainur Rofik’.
In continuation of the previous project ‘Rumah Ainur,’ this small interior design endeavor seeks to intricately express the owner’s intimate lifestyle. The objective is to create a space that resonates with the owner’s character, ensuring that visiting relatives and guests perceive the essence of the house.
